1. DEFINITION OF COACHING
“Professional Coaching is an ongoing professional relationship that helps people produce extraordinary results in their lives, careers, businesses or organizations. Through the process of coaching, clients deepen their learning, improve their performance, and enhance their quality of life. In each meeting, the client chooses the focus of conversation, while the coach listens and contributes observations and questions. This interaction creates clarity and moves the client into action. Coaching accelerates the client's progress by providing greater focus and awareness of choice. Coaching concentrates on where clients are now and what they are willing to do to get where they want to be in the future. ICF member coaches recognize that results are a matter of the client's intentions, choices, and actions, supported by the coach's efforts and application of the coaching process.”

For some Payment Methods, the issuer may charge you certain fees, such as foreign transaction fees or other fees relating to the processing of your Payment Method. Check with your Payment Method service provider for details. Upon signing these Terms, you agree to pay in full, as you will receive the login for all of the proprietary tools. We reserve the right to suspend the coaching services, terminate the contract between us, or have a collection agency involved if our charges are overdue for payment by you.
Once you have enrolled in any of our programs or services, you are responsible for the full Program Fee for the full duration you’re enrolled. Requests for cancellation or withdrawal from the program will not release you from your obligation to pay any outstanding balance.
If you enrolled in one of our membership subscription options, you may cancel your membership at any time. To avoid the next billing cycle, notice must be provided via the member portal or in writing at least fourteen (14) days before the renewal date. Access continues until the end of the current paid period.
Failure to participate or complete the program does not excuse the obligation to pay the agreed-upon fee in full.
If you violate the terms of this Agreement and are removed from the program as a result, you will still be responsible for the full program cost, with no refund.
We reserve the right to terminate your access immediately for breaches of confidentiality, unprofessional conduct, or failure to pay fees. Upon termination, you will no longer have access to the part of the Site or program affected by such cancellation or termination. Any restrictions imposed on you with respect to materials downloaded from us, as well as the disclaimers and limitations of liability outlined in these Terms of Service, shall continue to apply even after termination.
Due to the immediate, irrevocable access granted to proprietary intellectual property, tools, and career strategies, all sales are final. No refunds, partial or full, will be issued under any circumstances.
Client agrees that they will not, under any circumstances, initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with their credit card issuer or bank. Client acknowledges that initiating a chargeback is a material breach of this Agreement and may result in legal action to recover the funds and associated administrative fees.
In the highly exceptional event that a discretionary refund is granted by CC4D (though not required by this Agreement), such refund will be subject to a 5% transaction and administrative fee to cover non-refundable processing costs.
The satisfaction of our clients is Career Coach for Designers’ highest priority, and we are committed to providing the best tools, coaching skills, and methods.
The Services are provided with reasonable skill and care by coaches who are professional and experienced.
Career Coach for Designers is fully committed to helping you achieve your personal and professional goals.
We make no guarantees or representations regarding your future success, including income, career opportunities, or business outcomes.
The materials, strategies, and tools we provide are designed to guide you, but results will vary based on individual effort and circumstances.
To support your success, we may offer additional support if all membership guidelines are followed when results are not achieved within the agreed-upon time.
Any commitment offered (e.g., the "until you get a job”) is strictly contingent upon the Client maintaining "Active Member" status throughout the entire duration of the program.
If a Client falls out of "Active Member" status as defined in Section 3, any such guarantees are rendered null and void.
